Jim helped us at the beginning of the school year when we have rats under the house. They were gone in a day! Recently, a rat was in the kitchen and he came that morning to set up every trap imaginable. He was very informative and explained how to identify where the rat had been and what trap is best for each situation. 20 minutes later, the rat was caught and Jim came right back to take him away! Highly recommend, very kind and good at his job!!
